The newspaper La Repubblica reports on the Top Job survey that compiled the best employers promoted by employees: Lonati ranked third.

Conducted by the German Institute for Quality and Finance, the survey involved 5,465 people, with 10,671 ratings, 1,700 companies covered.

Determining criteria include work climate, professional development, growth prospects, sustainability and company values.
