• I can't dend the registration request of the reserved area to the technical support. Once I have filled out the request I push return and the following error appears: error: ( java script error: Type javascript:' into location for details..). have tried more than once, but the error always appears, what is the cause?
  
  The system of registration request, is garanteed compatible for the following types of browser:
  Explorer 5.x and followings
  Netscape 4.7 and followings excluding version 6.x.
• I am not able to open the PDF file with the Adobe Reader Version 6
  
  

  Procedure for opening the PDF files correctly with the Adobe Reader 6 version

  a) Open Acrobat Reader by clicking on the icon on the computer Desktop, or it may be accessed from the Windows menu Start. Adobe Reader can also be accessed each time a PDF file is opened.
  b) Once Adobe Reader is starter select the menu “Modify->Preferences”
  c) Once “Preferences” is opened select “Internet” from the list on the left and click in the square “View PDF in the browser” and bring the square to “empty”.
  d) Press the button OK.
  e) Open the Browser and access the brochures, and try to open a PDF.
